About Hafod

Hafod is a detached bungalow set above the popular seaside village of Broad Haven. Comfortably and simply furnished with large picture windows, the spacious L-shaped lounge/diner is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the surrounding area. A small sun room leads out to a lovely, sheltered and enclosed garden with sloping lawn, mature shrubs and fruit trees.

Conveniently located, it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a 200 yard downhill walk takes you to the popular village pub, restaurants, shop and cafe on the seafront, as well as a water sports hire shop ideal for surfers and other water sports enthusiasts. Spend your days on the beach or take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline, at low tide you can stroll along the beach to the neighbouring village of Little Haven with its pretty sheltered in-let and excellent pubs and restaurants, popular with sailors and kayakers; this village lies just over the headland. In the other direction are the pretty coves of Druidston and Nolton Haven.

A little further afield is the glorious long sandy beach of Newgale also popular with surfers and families and well catered for with a seaside cafe, pub and shop, while to the south lies the Dale peninsula with a selection of wonderful beaches.

Hafod is the perfect base for a couple or small family to enjoy all year round.

Thank you for enabling us to have such a good holiday in this delightfully situated bungalow. We have been blessed with excellent weather - sometimes cold and biting wind but always bright and sunny, ideal for Coastal Walking - We have walked the coastal path every day. Thank You!

Well what gorgeous weather!! cloudless skies and tee shirt weather! Visited St Davids City, Carew Castle, Solva, Newgale and Stackpole Estate. Walked between Broad Haven and Little Haven at low tide, the Castle Inn had a good pint! The bungalow was very cosy and comfortable, we have had a lovely stay, we will certainly come back again!

Mr & Mrs Barker

we have just spent two glorious weeks at Hafod, Broad Haven, and would just like to say how comfortable, well appointed and well positioned it was. We felt so "at home" that we were tempted to forget to leave! The garden was secure for our dog so we had no worries at all.
